This tour takes you up Mt. Tamborine to the Eagle Heights Mountain Resort with it’s spectacular views back over the Gold Coast and Pacific Ocean and where you can enjoy a delicious  Aussie hamburger and chips for lunch. You will have a lovely 30 min walk through the Joalah National Park Rainforest to view the beautiful Curtis Falls and then enjoy a long stroll down the Gallery Walk with it’s many arts and craft shops, cafes, restaurants, wine and liquor tasting..

 Free on board bottled water is supplied as well as complimentary morning and afternoon teas.

What the Mt Tamborine Tour has to offer you.

(1)   Surfers Paradise is world famous for it’s beautiful white sandy beaches. The Skypoint Observation Deck in the Q1 Tower is 230 metres high and gives you spectacular views up and down the coast.

( Admission cost is not included in tour $14-$24 )  Cavill Ave and the shopping area is full of interesting shops for you to browse in.

(2)   Here you can enjoy a lovely walk on the beautiful pristine sandy beach and maybe a swim as this is where the sun, sand and surf is at it's best. Always wear sunscreen and a hat for your protection.

If you wish to have a swim do so only between the Lifesavers flags. Michael is a strong swimmer and will keep an eye on you.

(3)   At our next stop on the way to Mt Tamborine at the Nerang River  you will enjoy a delicious ,complimentary morning tea consisting of a selection of Australia’s favourite biscuits, cheese and crackers, coffee, mocha, chocolate, tea, and a selection of fruit and fruit juices {see photo}.

(4)   The drive goes through the Canungra gorge and a circuituous winding mountain road known as the Goat Track.

Eagle Heights Mountain Resort is where you can stop for a delicious,  Aussie hamburger and chips for lunch and where you can enjoy the most spectacular views back over the Gold Coast and the Pacific Ocean from the outside garden area.

(5)   Curtis Falls is a beautiful waterfall for you to see after a short 10 min walk through the rainforest in the Joalah National Park.

(6)   The Gallery Walk is the main street and consists of innumerable arts and craft shops, cafes, restaurants , wine and liquer tasting as well as many other interesting shops.

There is an Opal shop with a variety of inexpensive to very expensive Australian Opals run by the man who mines them. Just ask if you wish to stop there.

(7)   Glow Worm Caves at the Cedar Creek Vineyard and Winery is our next stop. (Admission fees not included Adult-$9  Children-$6)

(8)   At one of the scenic spots you will enjoy a delicious complimentary afternoon tea whilst enjoying the lovely views west to the Great Dividing Range

You then travel home after a lovely day out.
